Financial crisis, which is now mired Ireland may cause, that the Luas (tram), which originally was to be built will not be, and we will have peace on our street.

Yesterday the Minister of Transport announced, Metro West that the project is suspended. This episode had a combined metro west part of Dublin Airport. Quite useful if you live line on the west side of Dublin. Unfortunately for us, this project has been suspended indefinitely. Probably the same fate subway line, which was to connect the center of Dublin to the airport and underground electric train project. Each of the two most recent projects was estimated budget of 2 billion €. It is not surprising, that these projects will most likely also not be realized.

Two projects are still, which can be realized. For now expected to, that one of them will be allocated money. Now the government will decide whether it is more important extension of the existing electric railway line from the center to the airport or can build new tram lines. If money will be on the second draft, we'll have a problem every four minutes before the door of our house in the form of a tram. And if the decision of the government money will be allocated on a first draft we will sleep in peace, and in return get a bus near her home fast. Let it happen.
